Return and Refund Policy
Returns are not possible. Only exchanges for a different color or size of the product are permitted.

Your Rights
You have the right to exchange your order within 30 days without giving any reason.
The exchange period is 30 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to exchange, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may notify us by e-mail at: info@aloneenemy.com.
Goods must be returned no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned items.

Conditions for Return
Please ensure that returned items meet all of the following conditions:

  • Purchased within the last 30 days.

  • In their original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to customer specifications.

  • Goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been broken after delivery.

  • Perishable goods or goods whose expiry date has passed.

  • Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions or falls under an exception.

Exchange Availability
Exchanges are only possible while the desired item remains in stock. If the item is no longer available, an exchange cannot be made.

Returning Goods
For exchanges, you bear the cost and risk of returning the goods. Please send returns to:

We are not liable for goods lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a postal service that insures the value of the goods and provides proof of shipment. Without actual receipt of the goods or proof of shipment, no exchange or refund can be processed.

Gifts
If the goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver shipped the order directly to you to hand over, we will send any exchange or refund to the gift giver.
